Pricing
In the event that a ShoeFlix product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, ShoeFlix reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ShoeFlix reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ShoeFlix shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Privacy Policy:

  • Shoeflix.com respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. We will not sell, trade, or rent any of your personal information to any third party.
  • All of your transactions are protected by SSL encryption software. We guarantee that every purchase you make at Shoeflix.com is 100% safe.
  • We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action tags (also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness. 111% Price Protection Policy
If you find a shoe for a lower price on another web site or in a shoe store, we will refund you 111% of the difference between the lower price and our price. We'll even refund the difference if we lower the price at Shoeflix.com!

Rules:

  • The shoe must be available in the same style, size, and color that is on Shoeflix.com.
  • If a web site, it cannot be an auction site.
  • If a store, it must be a legitimate store located in the United States.
  • Taxes (if any) and shipping charges (if applicable) will be included when calculating the price difference.

    Here are the three easy steps to receive your refund:

    1. Order the shoe that you want from Shoeflix.com.
    2. Contact us via email sales@shoeflix.com with your order number, and either the URL of the site where you found the shoe (and directions of how to find the shoe), or the name and phone number of the store where you found the shoe.
    3. We will verify the information, give you a discount equal to 111% of the difference, and email you with your new total.

Please contact us for a return shipping label. We will not refund shipping charges for amounts higher than UPS ground commercial rates. You can return unworn shoes for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Shoes must be in the condition you received them and in the original box. Please do not send the shoes back to the manufacturer, we will take care of everything. Simply ship the shoes back in their original condition and box. Include your invoice number or full name. 1. Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

A: Shopping at Shoeflix.com is safe. Every credit card purchase you make at Shoeflix.com is backed by the Shoeflix.com Safe Shopping Guarantee, and our site is protected by SSL encryption technology. We guarantee that every transaction you make at Shoeflix.com will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at Shoeflix.com.

Why is Shoeflix.com so safe?
Safe Technology: Our secure socket layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Guarantee Details:

  1. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Shoeflix.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Shoeflix.com will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Shoeflix.com while using the secure server.
  2. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedure.

2. Q: Is it safe to use my debit card online?

A: Yes. And please note: If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

3. Q: What is the status of my order?

A: Your order status will be emailed to you each time the status changes. If you have questions please call 877-661-9231.

4. Q: I want to return or exchange my shoes! What do I do?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied, you can exchange your shoes or return them for a refund within 30 days of purchase. (Shoes must be unworn and in the state you received them and in the original box.)

Please contact us for a return shipping label by email sales@shoeflix.com or call 712-580-6676. Feel free to leave a message if we do not answer but just let us know if you would like your label by email or mailed to you.

If you send them back without a return label, we will refund the shipping charges to your credit card. We will not refund shipping charges for amounts higher than UPS ground commercial rates.

Please do not send the shoes back to the manufacturer, we will take care of everything. Simply ship the shoes back in their original condition and box. Include your invoice number or full name.

5. Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?

A: For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

6. Q: Can I expedite my shipping?

A: The following shipping options are available when you check out.
(Orders must be placed by 1PM Eastern time to be processed on current business day; Orders placed after 1PM Eastern time will be processed on the next business day.

If you would like to track your shoe order, please email us and request your tracking number and then go to the UPS website and enter your tracking number to check the shipping status.

Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

7. Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for all orders.

8. Q: How do I order items with Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

A: Unfortunately, we do not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders at this time.

9. Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

A: Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.

10. Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

A: Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

11. Q: What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

A: The cost of standard shipping FREE for all orders.

12. Q: When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?

A: Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment.

13. Q: I want to know if you carry a specific brand/color/size/width?

A: Click on the Search button and you will be taken to a page where you can enter multiple search criteria and you will be shown a list of all items on our site that meet this criteria.

14. Q: Do you do back orders?

A: Yes, Shoeflix.com does back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like to wait for the back ordered merchandise or would prefer a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.

15. Q: Do you have a catalog?

A: Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. All our product is online, we do not have a physical catalog.

16. Q: What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser to shop at Shoeflix.com?

A: A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web site and is stored on your computer's hard drive. If your browser's preferences allow it (most browsers are installed with cookies enabled), each web site can send its own cookie to your browser. To protect your privacy, cookies do not store personal information but instead use anonymous unique identifiers. 17. Q: Do you charge sales tax on any item?

A: Sales tax of 7% will be added to orders being sent to Iowa.
